You can call or book online for a free no obligation quote.  One of our managers will come out and meet with you and go over our service and provide you with a written quote that is good for 30 days.  

Yes, we provide residential, commercial and laundry service.  Over the years we have adapted to become your one shop for all of your cleaning needs.  

No, not for residential service.  We are committed to earning your business with each and every cleaning.  Many of our customers we have had for over 10 years now.  With commercial service, our customers will commit to a year agreement which is customary in that field.  

Absolutely!  We are licensed and insured to provide security to our homeowners.

If you need to move or cancel a cleaning, you can email us at info@momshelpinghand.com or call us 855.985.3401.  We would love to assist you to make it work for you.  Adjusting a cleaning will not change your regular schedule, so you won't need to worry about that.

No, you don't have to be home.  It is completely up to you.  Some homeowners are home and some are never home.  It is whatever works best for you.  If you are normally home but won't be for your next cleaning.  Just call our office and we can make a one-time note on how to get in for that one cleaning.  

We are completely cashless!  After the pandemic, we switched to credit cards to limit contact, and our homeowners loved the convenience.  All residential customers place their card on file and gets charged with each cleaning.  No having to get cash or write a check.

All of our associates are employees of our company!  All W2, verified, and have gone through significant training process before being placed on a team.  

Absolutely, you will get an email reminder and a text reminder 48 hours prior to your appointment.  You will also receive a text message when the team is heading your way with an eta.

Unfortunately, we can't provide a specific time.  It will depend on the job in front of your home and crazy Atlanta traffic.  But you will get a text when the team is heading your way so that we won't show up unannounced.  If you need a consistent time, we can work to get you as our first home.  We always try to arrive to our first appointment around 9 AM.  

No, we use ZEP professional products and bring everything we need to ensure you home is perfect when you get home.  Our products are child and animal safe and made for cleaning your home while protecting your belongings.
